Kobe wants a peanut butter sandwich. Kīro has other plans. That small clash sets up “The Peanut Butter Problem,” the opening episode of Here Come the Sidneys!, a family comedy built around four siblings sharing one very eventful house.
The official episode description introduces Noah, Kobe, Kota, and Kīro through a familiar kind of sibling disagreement. Noah tries to keep things calm, while Captain Kota is ready to step in. The sandwich becomes the excuse to bring their different personalities into the same scene.
AN EVERYDAY PROBLEM, A FOUR-PERSON CAST
For a new series, a small premise can be an inviting introduction. You do not need an explanation of a complicated fictional world to understand why someone wants lunch—or why a younger sibling getting involved might change the plan. The appeal is in discovering how the siblings respond.
